Performance Goaltending Academy 3 day school is a well-structured, progressive, challenging program that prides itself on the amount of puck work each of the goaltenders receives over a four day period. Goaltenders will be challenged each day as they rotate though seven stations that have a maximum of three goalies.The Academy will concentrate on skating, stance, positioning, save selection, rebound control and recovery. In addition, game situations, stick handling and the mental game are focused on each day to produce strong, consistent goaltenders.Speed, agility, strength, endurance and reaction time.

Time: 8:30am to 3pm daily 
Place: Membertou Sports & Wellness Center 

Performance Goaltending Academy goalies will receive:
 

• 9 hours of small group on ice instruction ( 3 hours per day)
• 3 hours of off-ice training that concentrates on speed, agility, strength and reaction time
• 3 hours goalie specific classroom sessions
• Goalie jersey

Cost: $325 and is limited to the first 20 goalies

Goaltenders must register online. Once registered, particpants must make a 50% deposit ($162.50) within 2 weeks by cash, check or etransfer. Once a deposit is received ( mail or emoney transefer) the spot will be guaranteed. The remaining 50% $162.50 is due July 1st.

We will only be accepting 20 goalies and although you may be registered online a 50% depsot must be made before a spot will be held.
